Busy day yesterday with Team Orange Rag/The Insider on a route march around London, starting with the Winscribe UK User Conference (see previous blog posting for top story) at the Churchill Wars Rooms venue in the bowels of Whitehall.

Then it was on to the Copitrak/Nikec annual champagne and beaujolais nouveau party in the City – if the bottles in this picture are anything to go by, the champagne was proving rather more popular that the beaujolais. And commiserations to Copitrak CEO Nick Child who earlier in the day had to drive over a car-load of ripe French cheeses for the event, all the way from France.

Then it was on to Aubin & Wills, a hot new boutique in Covent Garden, for Alexandra Cameron's first (daughter of legal IT consultant Neil Cameron) exhibition of photographs.

That's Alex in the cream knitwear talking to Liam Flanagan of Tikit.

And there's more… Alison Thorpe of nQueue Billback has organised a personal shopping evening, complete with champagne and nibbles, at TopShop's new City of London store at 1 New Change on Thursday 1st December (5:30pm to 8:00pm). If you are interested, RSVP Alison at athorpe@nqbillback.com
