So anyway the conversation turns to the topic of cocktails and someone asks: “What would be the perfect drink for legal technologists?”

So I ask around and the first submission I get comes from the delightful Toni Harrison of Datacert. She suggests a Texas Martini (see recipe below) which she suggests is the perfect way to celebrate a day that ends in a 'y'. We're hoping to get a picture of a Texas Martini in the wild but if you have any other suggestions, please for a suitable (well actually 'unsuitable' might be a better word to use) please email them to… drink@legaltechnology.com

Texas Martini – Toni Harrison
• 2 oz. Tequila – Use a good silver tequila. The light color makes it look better.
• 1 1/2 oz. Cointreau or Grand Marnier.
• 2 oz. Lime Juice. Don’t use a mix for this drink. Sweet and Sour will ruin it.
• 1 splash olive juice – or more to taste.
• 1 oz. Orange Juice.
• 1 splash Sprite
• Jalapeno stuffed olives
