SOS – Workflow Support Analyst (Ref: WSA01)
Job Location: Bath Office
Due to an internal promotion, an opportunity exists to join the SOS Support Team, providing help, guidance and trouble-shooting support to our clients on the SOS Connect case management/workflow software.
This will include supporting the workflow processes that have been produced for clients by our workflow consultants. As with any support role, you will need excellent communication skills and a knowledge of VB, VBA, .Net, and/or Sql Query would be an advantage but not essential.
