We are currently onboarding a founding cohort of employment law firms and practitioners for a pilot programme, building the product directly around their workflow needs. The founding cohort gives practitioners an opportunity to shape the platform during development before our full commercial launch.
Key achievements?
We’ve mapped the employment matter lifecycle across all four UK jurisdictions, aligned our platform architecture with the Employment Rights Act 2025 and Employment Tribunal Procedure Rules 2024, launched our website and opened applications for our founding practitioner cohort.

Employment law is one of the most procedurally complex areas of UK legal practice. Litigation volumes are rising, matter lifecycles are getting longer, and the Employment Rights Act 2025 has introduced the most significant legislative changes in a generation. Most legal technology is built for general practice and retrofitted for employment law LexiTrove is a platform built exclusively for this discipline from the ground up.

Rohit: We take our early consultation calls from the same room where I sat for my first job interview – and got selected. It feels less like a coincidence now and more like the room owes me a second win.
