Stevens & Bolton swap out Miles 33 in favour of Pilgrim

Top 200 law firm Stevens & Bolton LLP has finalised contracts with Pilgrim Systems to replace its legacy practice management system* with Pilgrim LawSoft.

Stevens & Bolton set out to select an integrated practice management system that would facilitate operational efficiency and improve management reporting. The project will encompass a number of key areas including workflow, matter management, CRM, improved time recording, improved billing and credit control, matter costing & planning, management information and KPIs.

Aderant must be asleep in the UK – having won Bond Pearce and Shepherd & Wedderburn (both ex Miles 33 sites) several years ago this should have been a slam dunk win for them given that data conversion should be proven and functionality above par. Well done Pilgrim.
