Systems Administrator – Peppermint Technology

Job Summary
We are looking for a high skilled, flexible, and dynamic Systems Administrator to join our customer support department in Nottingham. As a Systems Administrator, you will provide highly skilled technical recommendations in systems administration planning, design, engineering, and architecture to the business, installing, configuring, and maintain the operating systems and servers in support of business processing requirements.

You will manage internal IT projects and provide ongoing support and guidance to our users. You will perform software installations and upgrades to operating systems and software packages utilising software and hardware tools to identify, analyse, and diagnose complex problems and factors affecting performance.

By nature, you will be a disciplined and logical thinker with excellent analytical and problem solving skills, and capable of working in a high-output, sometimes-high-pressure environment. You will need to be very pro-active, adaptable, and results driven, as well as a team player who can work under pressure, and use your own initiative and motivation to meet deadlines. The role will involve some out of hours working including evenings and weekends.

• Ideally holding a systems management / administration Microsoft or equivalent qualification
• ITIL qualification or working knowledge of
• Preference for experience in the legal software market
