Elite Mattersphere out as Top 200 Seddons selects Eclipse’s Proclaim solution

Eclipse Legal Systems just announced that Top 200 London law firm, Seddons, is implementing the Law Society Endorsed Proclaim Practice Management Software solution. Seddons will be rolling out preconfigured Proclaim work types for all staff in a move to further increase competitive edge, and provide a core centralised productivity suite. Prior to the full Proclaim Practice Management implementation, Eclipse will conduct a complete data migration from the incumbent Elite Mattersphere system.

Latest UK win: Copley Clark go with Eclipse Proclaim in “six figure” deal

QualitySolicitors Copley Clark, part of a national network of law firms, has selected the Proclaim Practice Management Software solution from Eclipse Legal Systems, the Law Society’s sole endorsed provider. Based in Surrey, the multi-disciplinary practice offers an array of legal services to individuals and businesses, ranging from family and probate through to conveyancing and employment law. According to Insider records, the firm previously ran an Advanced Legal Videss system.

Digital dictation link-up between Proclaim and Winscribe

Eclipse Legal Systems has announced a direct integration with Winscribe. The new integration between Eclipse’s market-leading Proclaim Case and Practice Management solution and Winscribe enables clients of both companies to benefit from a one click dictation recording. Users can elect to dictate documents or memos within Eclipse’s Case and Practice Management solutions, utilising the Winscribe toolset while retaining secure historical view of all activities within Proclaim files.

Leeds PI firm sees 700% growth since implementing new IT system

Leeds-based law firm Michael Lewin Solicitors has announced a 700% growth since 2009, despite it being a challenging time for claimant solicitors. Michael Lewin Solicitors was founded in 2001 and recently passed the 120 employee mark (across 5 office locations). The firm implemented Eclipse’s Proclaim Practice Management software solution in 2009, when headcount numbered 15 employees, to replace its incumbent case management system.

Eclipse announces new EL & PL portal integration

Eclipse Legal Systems, the legal sector’s largest independent software solutions provider, has announced the forthcoming rollout of its A2A solution for EL/PL work. Following a series of Government rulings, all Road Traffic Accident (RTA) claims of a value less than £25,000 are processed through a central electronic portal. This has recently been extended to incorporate Employers Liability (EL) and Public Liability (PL) claim types – again, of a value less than £25,000.

Eclipse reports record month with 14 new business deals

Eclipse Legal Systems reports a record new business month for March 2013, with a total of 14 organisations investing in Eclipse’s Proclaim Case and Practice Management solutions, ranging from established high-street practices through to boutique new startups and commercial operations.
