Division / Department description

The commercial world runs on data, but the sheer volume of information can be overwhelming. Our team locates the essential facts quickly and presents them correctly. The amount of information generated by companies is increasing every day. When it comes to disputes, it is increasingly difficult to locate the information you need in a cost-efficient and timely way. That’s where our disputes data management expertise comes in: capturing, organising, protecting and ensuring access to vital evidence and key documents. We assist our disputes team and clients by locating key files in information systems that often comprise millions of documents, and presenting them in a way that meets court, tribunal or regulator requirements. We also assist with both the electronic and legal review of relevant documents and provide trial support.

For corporate transactions, the team assists in the creation of online data rooms, allowing stakeholders to access required information from anywhere in the world. While technology plays an important role in the work we do, this area requires diverse skills. Strong project management, communication, analytical, interpersonal and technical skills are a must. If you’re from a legal, project management or IT background, enjoy stimulating and demanding work and are able to cut through complexity, we can offer you the opportunity to build a career in what is likely to be one of the most important fields of expertise over the coming decades.
