Technical Support Consultant (2nd Line) – Oxfordshire
An ambitious and quality focused service provider to the UK legal sector seek a technical support consultant to join their growing team. With a passion for technology and problem solving you will bring in-depth experience of supporting Office 2010 – 2016, VMWare, Exchange, Print Driver and Servers, Windows Printing and Citrix. Any experience of VBA, Macros and COMM Add In’s would be advantageous but not essential.
This is an excellent opportunity for somebody looking to take additional responsibility in return for autonomy, developing into a supervisory role over the next 12 months. In addition to technical support and client management, the role will also involve attendance at industry events with colleagues, in addition to attending client site when necessary – a driving license and car is therefore required.
