Job Summary
We are looking for someone who is looking for a change in career and wants the opportunity to work for a dynamic and forward thinking software company within the IT industry. The successful candidate will need to have experience of legal accounting practices and would have worked in a UK based law firm for a number of years. You will complement our existing test team ensuring the Peppermint Platform meets the requirements. The successful candidate will be trained internally on all aspects of testing from concept design, script creation and on through to execution and reporting. Additional training will also occur for technical skills such as SQL and server maintenance. Based on your experience and knowledge you will have an input into the product design of future features.

Responsibilities and Duties
• Work closely with developers, test analysts and other stakeholders through various phases of the project life cycle
• Configure and prepare test plans
• Review and interpret user stories
• Write and execute detailed test scripts
• Raising defects and then testing them once resolved
• Assist with management of test environments
• Deploying updates of Peppermint Platform to test environments
• Create and manage test data where applicable
• Working with Development Managers and Senior Test Analyst to ensure all the detailed assigned requirements are fulfilled
• Assume ownership of all work assigned
• Communicate efficiently on progress and report any impediments
• Assist in the evolution governance of the Test Methodology
