Each month in the Orange Rag newsletter we create a product table to help you track new launches and product updates. If you have yet to subscribe to the Orange Rag to be the first to access our exclusive content, you can do so here.
One of the big stories of April was the arrival of foundation-model vendors inside the tools lawyers already use. Anthropic’s Claude for Word and Microsoft’s upgraded Copilot capabilities both landed in the same week, both with tracked-changes output, both explicitly targeting contract review and due diligence. Of course the market is moving so fast that we now have Claude for Legal, which will be in the next table.
Elsewhere, several legal tech launches in April leverage deep industry specialism. Eudia’s Expert Digital Twins address one of the oldest unsolved problems in legal operations: institutional knowledge that lives in people’s heads and walks out of the door when they leave. Stretto’s Research Suite goes deep into bankruptcy-specific precedent. And ViClarity’s Reg Monitor connects regulatory horizon scanning directly to auditable compliance workflows – a GRC use case that requires structured, jurisdiction-specific data infrastructure.
Each month’s table provides a visual and accessible way to monitor change. You can access April’s here: https://www.flipsnack.com/86D6B577C6F/the-orange-rag-april-2026-du5w3icvxn/full-view.html?p=28
