Tikit today announced a reseller agreement with ServTouch-Wywy, one of Singapore’s leading integration technology providers. Known for its high level of service and technical understanding, ServTouch-Wywy (previously Wywy Office Solutions) has provided successful solutions including Autonomy iManage and Workshare to law firms based in the Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia and India.

As part of this agreement, ServTouch-Wywy will resell Tikit’s CRM software and the Carpe Diem suite which provides the complete time capture solution to support the needs of law firms. “We are delighted to announce our new partnership with ServTouch” commented David Lumsden, CEO, Tikit. “This relationship is a demonstration of our determination to provide leading software solutions globally which will in turn provide better efficiencies and business values back to clients”.

COMMENT: Well we wondered why Simon Hill of Tikit turned up at a legal tech show in Shanghai last year and now we know the reason. Seriously, this is not merely global domination ambitions by Tikit but an astute business move, as the APAC legal IT market is currently showing signs of being more dynamic than either the UK/EMEA or North American markets.
