PensEra Knowledge Technologies has released its TimeKM Extend – Mobile for Carpe Diem module. Although Carpe Diem is now seen as a legacy system, it is still in widescale and in the current economic climate, firms have been unwilling to ditch it, so PensEra has devised the module so firms can retain Carpe Diem but still take advantage of TimeKM.

“A number of Carpe Diem firms have expressed interest in the overall TimeKM enterprise solution however due to the current economic climate, requested an easy first step to 21st century time capture,” said PensEra US sales director Jim Stewart. “TimeKM Extend – Mobile offers the firm immediate short term ROI with little investment in time and resources, and in the process positions the firm well for an end-to-end one vendor time tracking enterprise solution.”

Commenting on the use of the software at her firm, Berwin Leighton Paisner Director of IT Janet Day said “The TimeKM deployment at BLP was executed with minimal disruption to the business, while it generated virtually 100% take-up by all attorneys – even those who were not previously participating in the process.”
