The UK's largest friendly society, LV= (better known to older readers as the Liverpool & Victoria) has implemented Eclipse Proclaim case management software for its inhouse legal and secretariat team.

Ongoing business expansion within LV= has led to a significant increase in the scope and volume of legal work and services provided by the inhouse team. Following a review of its core management software, the decision was made to roll out a bespoke Proclaim Case Management solution to fully support and automate workflow. The system will provide a scalable solution to support future expansion in the provision of legal services.As part of a new end-to-end service strategy for internal clients, LV= is using Proclaim in conjunction with its own electronic legal instruction form to allow automatic case inception. LV= is also implementing Eclipse's FileView Interactive tool which enables internal legal customers to track instructions and view legal work online, via a secure company portal.
