Peppermint Technology has just announced that Warner Goodman LLP is joining the Peppermint Partner Programme and the firm is now working towards a live release of Peppermint’s Portal.
The Portal will sit alongside the IRIS Videss system to provide the firm’s clients with an enhanced service and help streamline business processes and reduce costs. The Peppermint Portal will allow Warner Goodman to extend and enhance services to clients by offering a secure self-service portal which allows two-way joint collaboration across matter documents, questionnaires and forms, for example the completion of a pre contract property details questionnaire or a wills questionnaire.
The Portal will also provide the firm with self-assessment functionality so that prospects can, at their convenience, input personal details and matter related information into an intelligent workflow driven self-assessment form to receive predictive outcomes, quotes and email communications. This enables Warner Goodman to provide a round the clock service and pre-qualify prospects. On acceptance of the client and matter, the details supplied can then automatically populate the relevant fields in the practice or case management system, helping to streamline business processes, reduce fee earner administration time and improve the overall client experience.
William Ware, Private Client Director said “We have seen in other markets such as banking and private health that clients now expect service providers to have an online presence that not only provides static information, but one that they can interact and collaborate with at a time and place convenient to them. It was clear that in order to continue to provide a differentiated service experience to clients, we had to extend our service capability.
“As one of the first law firms to engage in the Peppermint Partnership Programme, we had the opportunity to work with the team and help shape the Portal’s functionality. The result has been a rewarding partnership and an innovative application that helps us deliver legal services with greater transparency, clarity and speed.”
The Portal will be delivered to clients via Warner Goodman’s website and rolled out across its Wills, Residential Conveyancing and PI departments during 2011.
