OneAdvanced’s tenth annual Legal Trends Report at the start of 2026 raised five key challenges for the legal sector. Now we’re halfway through the year, has there been any progress in addressing them?
The challenges included automating and integrating processes; managing customer expectations in a digital marketplace; keeping secure in a dangerous cyber environment; recruiting, retaining and developing top talent; and ensuring teams have access to the right technology (with lack of automation among the threats to realising value).
