London law firm Wedlake Bell has signed an agreement to purchase MatterCentre from FWBS, to bring new client and matter processes to the firm. “We are interested in improving our efficiency,” said Philip Matthews, Managing Partner at Wedlake Bell. “The FWBS MatterCentre system will allow us to streamline our procedures and maximise our matter, contact and client relationship capabilities, helping us to improve our service to our clients.”

Linda Webster, Head of IT at Wedlake Bell, added “The combination of MatterCentre's breadth of functionality as well as its modular approach is perfect. Wedlake Bell needs to solve some urgent business challenges around firm wide client information and reporting, as well as case and matter management in the near future. We will now have a unified way of delivering this functionality with a single solution, based on the Microsoft platform”.
