The realignment of core strategic business units together with the acquisition of nFlow has enabled us to focus on meeting the specific needs of our customers within the legal, professional services and healthcare markets. Through our commitment to delivering the best possible technology and service, we have added over 20,000 individual new users across the group and now support over 135,000 professionals worldwide.

“At the start of the year we made a promise to customers to develop innovative new technology that would be accessible to all. We have delivered this promise through significant investment in product development expertise and comprehensive dialogue with our customers, culminating in the recent release of our major new version BigHand 4. New features and enhancements available within BigHand 4 include core multistep workflow management, unique speech recognition tools and the first dictation app for Android.  We are very pleased with the initial uptake of version 4.0 in all our core markets – the enthusiasm and ideas of our customers is a real motivation to the entire BigHand team.

“Our commitment to a direct relationship with customers and increasing our value proposition remains at the heart of BigHand and we look forward to delivering even more for our customers during 2011-12. As part of this commitment, we are increasing the amount of client interaction with our Products team to help directly shape the future direction of our software.
