The release date will be during the first half of this year, the launch having been held back to accommodate a new version of the iPhone expected to be announced by Apple next week.

According to PC Dictation website in Australia, Winscribe is about to launch a full-feature digital dictation app for the iPhone. In yet another example of Winscribe's new product development plans being prematurely leaked onto the web (don't these people understand the internet?) the site says…

The requests keep coming, when can I get an app for my iPhone? Early 2010 we will have a product by Winscribe. If you are interested please send us an email or call.

There is an iPhone solution on the AppStore called Dictamus that integrates with the nFlow workflow. It is developed by a company called Jotomi.

im using this app. however it needs some improvements. it stops uploading when you open or use another app even when the winscribe app is still open. Also, it won’t let you dictate when you look at another app for referance while dictating.

Re the latest comment – you do need to bring this up with Winscribe ..CC
