Effective 29th March 2011, changes to the RTA Claims Portal go live and unless users have updated their interface to the portal they will not be able to rely upon accurate and effective processing of new claims. These changes have been finalised only two weeks before the go live date leaving many organisations with a major headache however, version 3 of Zylpha's RapidRTA (released Thursday 17th March 2011) is already compliant with the new version of the RTA portal, with the required scripts and screens for Visualfiles and SolCase available out of the box.
