Ochresoft Launches Intelliworks Wills

Legal workflow specialist Ochresoft is promising a new approach to will writing management with the launch of its new Intelliworks Wills solution. Intelliworks Wills manages the will drafting process from start to finish, handling key questions such as testamentary capacity; undue influence; and access requirements, while generating a comprehensive audit trail to protect both practitioners and their clients’ wishes. Pauline Freegard, business development director of Ochresoft, said: “Wills is absorbing the efficiency, compliance and risk management burden inherent in will writing, leaving lawyers more time to focus on client relationships or delivering higher value services.”

 

Remote Counsel Announces the Launch of Updated Mobile Videoconferencing Service Cameo II

Remote Counsel has announced the launch of Cameo II, a next generation mobile video conferencing and bridging service for court reporters. All video conferencing rooms are now configured for high-definition, providing a higher quality experience with lower speeds and processor requirements. DPS Software Introduces Efficiency Gains for Conveyancers with Land Registry integration

DPS Software has announced that its conveyancing software has been integrated with Land Registry’s Business Gateway, allowing users to submit their change the register ‘AP1’ form online, straight from their case management system. DPS Convey saves solicitors time – and their clients’ money – by entering all the relevant information stored within the system into the form automatically, while allowing them to amend it if necessary and attach any supporting documents associated with the matter that they would like to submit with the form. Osman Ismail, DPS Software’s managing director said “The end goal of the recent integration is enabling law firms to further reduce the amount of manual work and accelerate the completion of property transactions, thus becoming more profitable and efficient.”

 

Bridgeway Software Releases Document Vault Document Management System

Bridgeway Software has announced the general release of its new document management system (DMS). Designed specifically for the corporate law department, Bridgeway Document Vault, powered by M-Files, enables solicitors to efficiently share content with business stakeholders, and ensure that the overall security of the company’s legal documents will not be compromised. “No other system dynamically applies matter-level security to the attached documents,” said Keith Okano, president of Bridgeway. “The matter management platform is the system of record for matter-specific information and requires a close integration in which the DMS security is not only identical to, but is actually controlled by the matter management system.”

 

TrusteSolutions Announces TrustePages Content Management System

TrusteSolutions has announced the release of TrustePages, a content management system designed to help trustees and liquidation professionals promote asset property sales, post information about significant cases, and better communicate with debtors and interested parties. TrustePages allows users to select data from cases so they can easily publish a custom website. Assets can be listed with photos and descriptions, along with information on how to purchase them.  “The addition of TrustePages to the TrusteSolutions platform will transform how trustees communicate,” stated Kristi Singal, president of TrusteSolutions.

Following the announcement of a new litigation costs coding system known as the J-Codes-set, Eclipse Legal Systems has confirmed that these codes synchronise with Proclaim’s existing costs budgeting categories. This existing costs budgeting functionality will enable lawyers to produce bills and budgets utilising the J-Codes, even before they become mandatory. Eclipse’s business solutions director, Tracy Blencowe, said: “This latest implementation of the J-Codes-set will enable our clients to comply immediately with ongoing legislation, and to share data in a consistent and readily usable format.”
