US business development win: Polsinelli selects Nexl for CRM

Am Law 100 law firm Polsinelli has selected Nexl’s client relationship management solution, which it says will not only help to better leverage its own client base, but also connect clients on the buy and sell side of its healthcare business and help to scale its subscriptions business.

Nexl’s CRM is outspokenly focused on helping law firms to generate more revenue from its client base, hence the fact that it is called the Revenue Operations Cloud. It integrates with Office 365 or Google Workspaces to capture relationship insights based on email and calendar events, taking out the challenges that have always surrounded manual entry.

We’re told that Polsinelli, which is a leader in healthcare law and has 950 attorneys across 21 offices, selected Nexl’s Revenue Operations Cloud after a comprehensive review of competitor solutions.

Polsinelli’s attorneys are using Nexl to track referrals, manage key client relationships and align their healthcare business with clients’ business objectives. However, it will also help them to maintain a buy and sell database for their healthcare acquisitions business, and for its subscriptions business (Polsinelli Online Solution Homecare – POSH) it will provide attorney-client reminders, revenue reporting and renewals information from within the platform.
