BPP’s head of development joins Reed Smith as innovation manager

BPP Law School’s head of development, Adam Curphey, has joined Reed Smith as its innovation engagement manager.
Curphey will collaborate with firm’s lawyers, clients and technologists and will work closely with the practice innovation group headed by David Pulice.
On LinkedIn Curphey said: “For the past two years I have been working full-time in an innovation role implementing new technologies and working daily with the PM, architecture, IT, and faculty teams and I am very much looking forward to applying these skills to a new challenge. I really think Reed Smith are doing innovation right, and can’t wait to get started working with Lucy Dillon, the internal teams and with clients to help people think differently and find solutions.”
Dilllon, who is chief knowledge officer at Reed Smith, said: “Adam’s background from his time at BPP will be a real asset in further embedding an innovation mindset across our business.”
Curphey’s hire follows the departure in April of former innovation manager Alex Smith for iManage.
