Zylpha has formally launched an integration between its legal document bundling software and the iManage 9 platform. Of particular note is the Pay As You Bundle functionality, enabling users to pay only for what they use. A traditional enterprise integration is also available for organisations with high user counts.

Zylpha says that users will typically save 80% of the time required to produce a bundle when compared to manual alternatives. The system eliminates costs such as stationery, photocopying, paper file-storage, maintenance and courier costs. Commenting on the new functionality, Nigel Spicer, head of development at Zylpha, noted, “The key word here is speed. Zylpha delivers a high performance bundling solution that can cope well with even the very largest bundles. Also included in the latest version is Zylpha’s widely acclaimed deal bible functionality, which enables practices to produce compliant deal folders at speed. This is especially useful to those practices working on M & A activity or disclosure.
