Muckle LLP has selected PracticeEvolve’s case management and workflow toolkit for their plot sales team. The solution will integrate with the established Aderant practice management and iManage document management solutions as part of the best of breed technology platform deployed within the practice.
After what is said to be a rigorous selection process where PracticeEvolve was selected ahead of more established case management vendors, Muckle recognised the benefits of the “modern architecture and exceptional workflow development tools provided by the solution.”
Andrew Black, director of IT at Muckle LLP, who looked at a number of established CMS providers, said: “PracticeEvolve were late additions to our selection process following a recommendation from within the industry and ultimately were successful due to the modern, innovative and easy to use features that they offer. We were also able to trial the system in a test environment before committing to the project, which was a factor in the decision-making process”.
Libbie Henderson, partner at Muckle LLP adds “It was clear from the start that PracticeEvolve is a product that we can work with and offered something that we hadn’t seen from other vendors under consideration. David Boland (CEO of PracticeEvolve) was personally involved in the process and gave us a great deal of confidence in the solution which, while relatively new to the UK, is established in several other jurisdictions.”
You’ll recall that in April Muckle signed up to a suite of BigHand products including BigHand Now. See here for that story.
PracticeEvolve has also signed Battens solicitors, one of the largest practices in the South West of England, which is swapping out Thomson Reuters Elite Envision and moving the property team off LexisNexis Visualfiles SolCase.
Keith Fullman, CEO at Battens commented: “We had been seeking a replacement for our end of life Envision system for some time without really finding a solution that delivered what we were looking for, namely a system which is fully connected to external agencies; is efficient and intuitive and designed around the core user.”
“New entrant PracticeEvolve ticked almost all the boxes and furthermore demonstrated a willingness to extend their feature set to accommodate our requirements, including functionality around LAA funded work which represents a reasonable proportion of our business.”
Jill Cochrane, director and Head of Property adds that “Our residential conveyancing team have been running the Visualfiles SolCase application for many years having not migrated to Envision for a variety of reasons, this time I am delighted to say that we will be leading the charge with PracticeEvolve accommodating a phased implementation that will see the property team moving across as phase one of the project.”
