LinkSquares today (2 June) unveiled its new pre-signature contract generation solution that turns LinkSquares contract management platform into a contract lifecycle management platform.
The launch of LinkSquares Finalize means that legal, sales, HR, procurement, marketing and other internal stakeholders can now use LinkSquares to draft, review and approve contracts through the platform.
It builds on existing post-signature AI insights solution, LinkSquares Analyze, through which in-house legal teams are able to standardize and collaborate on the contract creation process.
