Implenia selects Custodian for Legal from Transform Data International

In 2020, Implenia issued a request to replace its legacy system WinJur. After what is described as “an extensive selection process,” Implenia, which operates in Switzerland, Germany, Austria, France, Sweden and Norway, selected Custodian for Legal through implementation partner Transform Data International. Custodian for Legal is owned by Intapp, following its acquisition of Repstor in 2021.
Implenia had some key requirements which included a seamless non-plugin Outlook integration and that all data should be stored within the Microsoft 365 environment. Additional key requirements were (somewhat inevitably) ease of implementation and minimal end-user training.

The first team within the in-house legal group has been deployed with further rollout ongoing.

As we first revealed earlier in January, TDI has appointed former Phoenix Business Solutions and Tower Law Services co-founder Roger Pickett to spearhead its growth in the UK, following the launch of TDI’s London office in the summer of 2021.
