Bryan Austin joins Peppermint as VP of client development and sales

Peppermint Technology has appointed Bryan Austin as vice president of client development and sales for North America. Austin joins Peppermint from technology consultancy, Pinnacle, where he led the company’s marketing and business development practice.

His hire follows that of Robert Beach, who joined from Pinnacle in January as its US president, formally launching Peppermint’s US business. Beach said: “Bryan brings a deep background in law firm marketing and business development technologies and solutions, including CRM and Experience Management. He is highly respected by law firm marketing and BD leaders and is a recognized thought leader in the legal technology industry. Beyond the business results that he will achieve, Bryan will be a wonderful addition to the Peppermint culture.”

Prior to Pinnacle, Austin held sales, consulting, and product positions with LexisNexis, Hubbard One, and Kraft Kennedy. He said: “This is an exciting time to join Peppermint as the investments they have made directly align with the evolution of law firm growth and strategies.  Law firms and law firm clients are demanding more from technology and Peppermint’s innovative solutions meet this demand.”

Austin’s hire and Peppermint’s launch in the US follows it signing two AmLaw 200 law firms: Dickinson Wright and Lathrop GPM.
