Independent Hong Kong-based law firm Tanner De Witt has today (15th July) announced its agreement to adopt the iManage Cloud, with system implementation, training and support delivered by UK-based leading iManage Partner, Tiger Eye.
Tanner De Witt is one of the largest independent law firms in Hong Kong, with international clients including both public and private companies as well as individuals, across practices that include dispute resolution, corporate and commercial law, and restructuring and insolvency.
Tiger Eye will be managing the firm’s move from Lexis Affinity to iManage Work for document management. In addition to managing the system implementation, Tiger Eye will also provide consultancy, training and change management assistance, as well as services for the firm’s adoption and roll-out of Threat Manager and iManage Drive. Tiger Eye’s technical support team will also provide ongoing support after the system is live, maintaining, protecting and optimising Tanner De Witt’s iManage technologies.
Paul Harris, head of IT at Tanner De Witt, commented: “iManage will significantly benefit our team, by enabling us to dramatically reduce the time taken to find, draft and edit documents. The system will also enhance our security and enhance compliance with data requirements.”
Tanner De Witt’s iManage Cloud system will be rolled out to users this September.
David Bullock, client services director at Tiger Eye, said: “We are pleased to be working with Tanner De Witt on this exciting project. Their investment in iManage will offer a whole host of operational efficiency and productivity gains, and also reduce pressure on their IT team, with system updates managed by iManage.”
