In a move that is anticipated to double its exposure in the US market, we can reveal that UK-headquartered information governance vendor LegalRM has entered into partnership with InOutsource, which will provide sales and implementation of LegalRM’s iCompli IG and records management platform. The partnership follows significant wins for LegalRM in the United States, with White & Case having signed up to roll out iCompli globally.
Available in the cloud or on-premises, iCompli integrates with document management systems including iManage and NetDocuments, as well as file shares and other business applications where law firms store information, such as SharePoint, Elite, Aderant, SAP, and Intapp.
Speaking to Legal IT Insider, LegalRM’s founder and CEO Chris Giles said: “We have always wanted to work with InOutsource because they work with so many of the top law firms and have a great reputation. They have a really big implementation team for records management and information governance, which frees up our team to focus on product, support and enhancements.”
Giles added: “I suspect that this partnership will double or even triple our exposure in the US market. InOutsource have around 150 clients they work with and until now they haven’t offered iCompli as a solution, but when we showed it to them recently they were blown away by it and by how quickly we are able to deliver it to clients.”
