Lex Mundi member firm Gufa Law has selected Nexl’s client relationship management system in a bid to achieve a competitive advantage and consolidate its growth in Central America.
According to managing partner Mauricio Villeda Jr, the well-regarded Honduran firm decided to partner with Nexl because it wanted something “completely different” to what it had seen in the legal market. “Nexl’s CRM is innovative, user-friendly, and has added value for our firm,” he said.
Gufa Law says that it was looking for a solution that would help them stay on top of their relationships; grow; and compete at the top of their market in Central America. The firm points out that maintaining reliable client relationships is vital to any firm’s success, but especially in the Latin American market, which is small and heavily interconnected.
The firm is banking on Nexl’s CRM to help it track, manage and measure the strength and performance of its business development strategy and improve the way it manages its client relationships.
Nexl’s business development manager Laura Beltran said of Gufa Law: “This firm has a clear growth strategy to consolidate its position in the region. For this reason, a partnership with Nexl represents not only to acquire a competitive advantage to create strategies around business development but also the possibility of creating plans aimed to enhance the correct decision-making to achieve their business objectives in the short-term.”
