Roythornes Solicitors has adopted the iManage Cloud, with system implementation, training and support delivered by leading iManage partner, Tiger Eye. The UK top 200 firm says that its iManage adoption has enabled business operations to be effectively modernised, with workspaces and matters structured and centralised, and documents easily searchable, tracked and versioned.
Roythornes is a national law firm with five offices in Alconbury, Birmingham, Nottingham, Peterborough, and Spalding. During the project, Tiger Eye migrated just over 5 million documents to the iManage Cloud and delivered training to 220 users across Roythornes’ offices. In addition to iManage Work, Tiger Eye also supported the firm with their adoption of iManage Share, and integrated the firm’s DMS with their Solicitors Own Software/PracticeEvolve practice management system to streamline workflows. Roythornes went live on iManage Work 10.6 in February, and the team say they have already noted significant time savings since their adoption.
Jonathan Swan, IT director at Roythornes, said: “The team at Tiger Eye have been a pleasure to work with from initial enquiry through to successful project completion. Whilst the term ‘trusted advisor’ is often overused these days, in the case of Tiger Eye it is highly appropriate. The Tiger Eye Project Team expertly guided Roythornes through the discovery and implementation process, working well with all key stakeholders. From a very early stage it was clear we were in safe hands and from this we drew much confidence. I would have no hesitation in recommending Tiger Eye to other law firms seeking to implement iManage.”
David Bullock, client services director at Tiger Eye, added: “Roythornes’ dedication to process optimisation is admirable, and is empowering their team to focus on high level work – rather than tedious low-level document admin. We are pleased to hear that Roythornes are benefitting from their data being centralised and easy to access, and are able to work together more easily, both as a team and with clients. Collaborating with Roythornes on this project has been a real joy, and we look forward to working with their team for years to come.”
