Neota Logic has created a new client advisory board comprising of leaders from largely UK headquartered law firms with a significant presence across Europe; a move that follows but is not connected to the departure of two of the most senior heads outside the US; Rick Seabrook and Greg Wildisen.
Neota Logic announced in June the launch of their North American Client Advisory Board (CAB) with the aim of putting their clients at the heart of their product design thinking.
The new EMEA Client Advisory Board is comprised of Stuart Whittle, Business Services & Innovation director at Weightmans; April Brousseau, head of innovation & new business at Simmons & Simmons; Peter Van Dam, chief digital officer at Norwegian firm Simonsen Vogt Wiig; and Marc-Henri Chamay CEO at aosphere, which is Allen & Overy’s longstanding online subscription business.
The board will meet in person quarterly to provide in-depth feedback on the development of Neota’s products and services, the overall customer experience and strategic market opportunities. There are also plans to hold a joint CAB meeting with both the EMEA and North American boards.
Neota Logic also plans to form client advisory boards in APAC in the coming months.
The creation of the EMEA board follows the departure of both international managing director Greg Wildisen, who is on sabbatical, and managing director for Europe, Rick Seabrook, whose next move is yet to be announced. Neota has offices in London, Melbourne and New York and a spokesperson for the company told us: “All three offices are managed centrally by Neota’s global CEO, Massana.”
Massana said of the EMEA client board: “At Neota Logic our customer-led approach is central to our ethos. We are working hard to bring regular customer feedback into the flow of our product development and direction of the business as a whole. We’ve received some great feedback already that has already flown into our product roadmap. I’m delighted to be working with our Client Advisory Board to ensure we offer the very best software and service to our clients”.
