“Aderant is exceedingly pleased to welcome Jairam to our executive team in the new role of chief product officer,” said Deane S. Price, CEO of Aderant.  “Jairam is uniquely qualified to optimize Aderant’s tremendous technology assets to provide greater flexibility, efficiency and effectiveness for our law firm clients.  The COVID-19 pandemic has made software more essential than ever as law firms have adapted to remote work.  Under Jairam’s leadership, Aderant’s product teams will leverage cutting-edge resources so we can continue delivering best-in-class cloud-based and on-premise solutions to our clients.”

Padmanabhan said: “The culture at Aderant is clearly focused on solving clients’ problems with versatile, right-sized and reliable technology solutions. My deep background in professional services technology will allow me to enhance Aderant’s already strong product portfolio.  We will leverage the most state-of-the-art cloud, data analytics, AI and machine learning tools available to make products more intuitive, useful and trustworthy.”
