“Getting the old team back together”: OnePlace hires David Harris from Lexis

OnePlace has made a further senior hire from LexisNexis, bolstering its London office with the appointment of principal solution consultant David Harris (pictured) as client solutions director.
The Salesforce-backed CRM provider was founded by ex-LexisNexis consulting director Tim Smith, who in the summer of 2016 brought in UK-based LexisNexis Enterprise Solutions international sales director Guy Phillips, coinciding with the launch of a UK office.
Phillips was a member of the senior leadership team at Lexis, responsible for a team across EMEA and APAC that sold solutions including Lexis Interaction; Lexis’ client relationship management offering.
Also in the OnePlace London office is Vijay Motiramani, who joined in November 2015 and headed up Lexis Interaction’s global consulting and support division before joining SAVO Group in 2010.
Announcing this latest hire on LinkedIn, Phillips said: “With over 17 years of legal sector experience, both vendor-side and in-house, Dave will work closely with our sales & marketing organisation to deliver excellence in all our new business engagements.”
Commenting on the hire on LinkedIn, Nick Bowles, regional vice president of sales EMEA for ServiceMax, who between 2008-12 was head of new business international at LexisNexis, said: “Getting the old team back together. Great move David Harris.”
OnePlace, which is headquartered in Sydney and also has an office in Toronto and Chicago, counts Bird & Bird, Reed Smith and Bond Dickinson among its clients.
