Nalanda makes double BD head hire to drive growth in the UK and Netherlands

In a bid to grow its business in the UK and Netherlands, SaaS data search company Nalanda Technology, which is part of the OLM Group and counts Allen & Overy among its clients, has appointed two business development managers.

Ben Mutton in the UK moves across from OLM Systems, which is also part of the OLM Group. Flip Lebon in the Netherlands was previously a self-employed management consultant and before that a partner and ICT consultant at BTC Teleconsult in Amsterdam.

Nalanda is the vendor behind the AI powered search and discovery platform Nalytics, which is used by law firms including Allen & Overy, Thorntons, and leading independent Dutch law firm Van Doorne. Nalanda’s customer base covers not only the legal sector, but also healthcare, corporate, and local government industry sectors.

Chris Rose, group business development director at Nalanda, said: “We are delighted to welcome both Ben and Flip to the Nalanda team. Ben will be focusing on the UK market helping us to generate new business and build the Nalytics brand. Flip’s focus will be The Netherlands, where he will be building our sales pipeline across Holland to continue the success we have already seen in this region.

“I’m looking forward to working with them both to focus on developing Nalanda’s business not only across the existing industry sectors we work within, but also to explore other opportunities where the Nalytics solution can offer significant benefits to a business or organisation.”
