Congratulations to all of the winners of ALM’s Women, Influence & Power in Law Awards, which took place in Kensington, London last night (8 March) on International Women’s Day 2023.
The awards sought to recognise women leaders, mentors and rising stars, as well as those who have stood out for their efforts to further their organisation’s ESG and/or diversity efforts.
The winners came from across private practice and in-house teams, as well as vendors, where Flex Legal’s CEO and founder Mary Bonsor won two awards, for innovative leader and also diversity champion. Mary’s social mobility programme has seen diverse aspiring lawyers from socially mobile backgrounds achieve training contracts, helping to improve diversity in the legal profession.
